Designed for everyone who uses this web site, it includes simple instructions on how to use and navigate through the different areas. Also included in the user's manual is a detailed troubleshooting guide and numerous screenshots. The manual is in Microsoft Word 6.0/95 format.

An administrator's manual (1.9 MB) has also been published. Created specifically with administrators in mind, it goes through each administrative function and offers troubleshooting help on how to fix the most common problems. It also includes numerous screenshots and is in Microsoft Word 6.0/95 format.

Functionality Overview:

The concept behind the Zero Gravity Image Administrator is for the organization and distribution of electronic images via the web. With this utility you can create customer areas and project areas under each customer area. After the Digital Imaging Lab delivers the photos, the Zero Gravity office can move the photos to the appropriate customer. Each customer can then move the photos to the appropriate project level for viewing.

Access to all the areas and to the administrative functions can be controlled by usernames and passwords. The main administrator has rights to create customer levels and project levels, as well as create users with rights to those levels and to the customer level administrative functions. Customer level administration involves creating new project levels, moving photos to projects and giving users rights to see specific projects.
